Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on its way.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of my shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed before 9am during store hours Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm will be delivered the same day unless I need to make your order up which in that case will be delivered the next day that  I am open. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fee of between £4.79 for tracked to £5.35 for tracked and signed applies to orders within the UK, any orders outside of the UK the shipping fee will be between  £7.90 for tracked and £8.15 for tracked and signed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at mama-jans-aromas@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
